Booking & Deposit T&C’s

Deposits are required for all bookings, payment must be received within 72 business hours (end of day for next day bookings) or the appointment will be cancelled.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 business hours prior to the booking, failure to do so will forfeit the deposit. One reschedule per deposit.
Cancellations require 48 business hours notice. Cancellations must be made during business hours, you must speak directly to a team member (07 3397 3606).
Cancellations or no-shows for next day appointments will forfeit the deposit.

Shop Info

Photo ID is required for all bookings.
Parking is an issue. The Aldi car park offers 2 free hours. It’s located at 56 Cleveland St. Otherwise it’s on street parking only.
Our Eftpos facility has a tap surcharge. Please bring your physical card with you if possible.
We recommend that you come to your appointment having eaten something and with snacks if appropriate. (We do not allow hot food in the studio)
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please tell us before the appointment. It is at the tattooist’s discretion whether they will tattoo someone during this time.
Pets are not permitted in the studio; children are at the discretion of the team.
